Dan provides excellent solution for scaling issues with some Adobe Creative Cloud apps under new Windows and latest high resolution laptops / tablets. Ironically this fix works not only for Adobe, but for many other older applications unaware of high DPI displays:

Thank you Dan!
Looks like one of the latest Microsoft updates knocks off "PreferExternalManifest" registry entry. You will need to re-create it following steps below:
ReplyDeletePress Windows Button + R, type “regedit”, and then click OK.
Navigate to the following registry subkey:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > Microsoft > Windows > CurrentVersion > SideBySide
Right-click, select NEW > DWORD (32 bit) Value
Type PreferExternalManifest, and then press ENTER.
Right-click PreferExternalManifest, and then click Modify.
Enter Value Data 1 and select Decimal.
Click OK. Exit Registry Editor.
